			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hella yes! Skynet drove me nuts recently. So, I call them as SkyNUT. Feeza amat jarang(this year saja, 4-5 kali) menggunakan perkhidmatan Skynut tapi atas sebab2 tertentu, Feeza menggunakan khidmat mereka. Di sini, Feeza bukan nak complaint tapi untuk sharing dan ajak anda semua ambil iktibar dari pengalaman Feeza.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.mailworkshop.com/Images/parcel.jpg"><img class="alignright" title="parcel" src="http://www.mailworkshop.com/Images/parcel.jpg" alt="" width="414" height="290" /></a>Dari pengalaman, Skynut hanya mengambil berat customer &#8216;bandar&#8217; saja. Tapi jika tempat anda &#8216;jauh&#8217; dari office diorg, maka package anda akan delay beberapa hari dan diorg akan hantar mengikut &#8216;kesenangan masa&#8217; mereka saja. Of course sebelum guna service, mereka claim; <strong>harini hantar, esok kita deliver</strong>. Tapi mereka tak mention the rest of the sentence. <em>Kami akan deliver jika alamat penerima berdekatan dengan ofis kami. kalau tak, delivery time frame ialah &#8216;beberapa hari&#8217;</em>.</p>
<p>The sender sent me the package on Monday dan patutnya Feeza terima on Tuesday or Wednesday. Tunggu punya tunggu, Khamis pagi masih tak sampai2. So, I called the Skynut branch and asked the status of the parcel. The clerk said; <em>kitorang tak masuk tempat akak tiap2 hari. Tapi harini kitorang masuk, kita deliver parcel akak. Petang nanti budak kita hantar.</em></p>
<p>Okla tu, dia ckp nak deliver petang nya. Feeza masih boleh bersabar. &#8216;Malangnya&#8217;, sampai Jumaat tengahari masih tak terima. They drove me nuts especially the clerk. I don&#8217;t like people yg beriye2 promise bagai tapi tak tepati janji. If you can&#8217;t, DON&#8217;T promise anything especially to customers. It makes your words &#8216;powerless&#8217;, people hilang trust on u.. So, Feeza called the branch again. The clerk responded: <em>oh, parcel akak besar sgt. Tak muat nak naik motor. Semalam diorg hantar dokumen saja. Kitorg kena arrange lorry utk akak.</em></p>
<p>I felt like, &#8221;What the heck!&#8221; Pelik sgt2 camne Skynut ni wat keje. Korang tak check ke each mails/parcels tu kecik atau besar? Korang tak organize ke yg mana satu patut hantar naik motor, yg mana satu patut gunakan lori? Korang takde schedule ke utk deliver huge parcels atau small parcels. My answer to that clerk was she MUST arrange lorry for me NOW. She answered: <em>ye ye, saya arrange lorry utk akak</em>.. At that moment, Feeza tak percaya lagi her words even though she said &#8216;yes&#8217;..</p>
<p>Finally, I received the package on Saturday morning after rasa irritate and loss my temper. My hubby asked me; <em>why are you doing this to yourself? Explain please..</em>(dia heran nape masih gunakan service Skynut even though dah banyak kali dealing with their inefficiency). My answer: <em>I thought they have changed. Last time(the only time) they delivered a package on time</em>.  Yeah, I was very hopeful that Skynut has changed their attitude into more efficient courier. My hubby asked again: <em><strong>do you think they will change because of YOU</strong></em>?</p>
<p>At that moment, something was &#8216;click&#8217; in my mind. I justtt realized that nobody will change unless they are willing to. The mentality of Skynut people won&#8217;t change unless they are willing to change. So, technically my hope was &#8216;totally useless&#8217; and wasting my energy. I answered him:<em> I should slap my face, shouldn&#8217;t I?</em> Honestly, I wanted to slap my face because of being &#8216;silly&#8217;.</p>
<p>Look around us. Look at our family. Sometimes anak2 kita &#8216;susah&#8217; nak mendengar kata. Kita cakap beribu2 kali pun, mereka masih ikut kepala sendiri. Sometimes we warn them for a danger, tapi yg dilarang itu jugalah yg nk dibuat. Ever experienced that? Again, people won&#8217;t change unless they are willing to change, tak kira budak, org dewasa atau org &#8216;veteran&#8217;. My suggestion&#8230; Do not expect anything from them. Yes, kita bole beritahu this and that. At the end of the day, they are fully responsible on their own actions. Nothing more, nothing less.</p>
<p>Every one of us need to go through certain things. It needs to happen no matter we try to avoid it. It&#8217;s just unavoidable. As for me, I have enough of Skynut. I don&#8217;t want to deal unpleasant experience with them anymore. After all, it is an option.</p>
<p>Kita ada pilihan dan keputusan terletak di tangan kita. Bila kita decide to do something, it means we are ready to face &#8216;everything&#8217; that comes with that decision. Unfortunately, we tend to blame at others because we want to feel good of ourselves. We tried to convince ourselves that we have made &#8216;right&#8217; decision. When things didn&#8217;t go our ways, we got upset, frustrated, annoyed, irritated etc. We are too ego to accept that we are fully responsible on our actions.</p>
<p>The truth is, it never be others&#8217; fault. Orang lain tak pernah buatkan decision utk kita. Nobody acukan pistol kat kepala kita untuk buat one decision. Hanya diri sendiri. Yeah, only you, only me&#8230;</p>

<p><img class="alignleft" title="Kejujuran Honesty" src="http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcT3GLs0gB0PK8kHIjKXDSz7dms-rYSaye8et_3lz7E7YUL6coqqdMO3wGf-" alt="" width="240" height="198" />As time went by, kengkawan berbangsa Jepun juga semakin ramai termasuklah kawan2 satu course dan golongan kakak/pakcik/makcik yang amat suka bergaul dengan foreigners. From my observation, there is no such a &#8216;hypocrite&#8217; in Japanese. To me, Japanese adalah golongan yang amat respect to other people. Jika mereka tak bersetuju dengan pendapat kita, mereka bukanlah golongan yang suka bertekak seolah2 mereka saja yang betul. Nope, they are not like that.</p>
<p>Response yang paling common ialah &#8216;I see&#8217;.. Sometimes they commented &#8216;omoshiroi ne&#8217;(that&#8217;s interesting..) sambil mengangguk2kan kepala mereka. <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Japanese takkan argue yang pendapat kita &#8216;salah&#8217;. Siapalah kita untuk mengatakan yg seseorang itu bersikap hipokrit sedangkan kita tak tau apa yang ada dalam minda mereka. Apa jua pendapat kita, apa jua pendapat orang lain, semuanya adalah betul belaka. In fact, nothing is &#8216;wrong&#8217; or &#8216;right&#8217;. Semuanya bergantung kepada persepsi dan pengalaman masing2.</p>
<p>I think Japanese are more aware with this common sense. Jika kita melihat diri kita di dalam cermin, tangan kiri kita berada di belah kanan, tangan kanan pula berada di belah kiri. So, yang mana satu belah kiri? It is &#8216;none&#8217;. Both positions boleh dianggap belah kiri atau belah kanan tak kira nak argue camne sekalipun. Bertekak sampai kering tekak pun tak guna.</p>
<p>Sewaktu Feeza berada di high school, Feeza amat suka cakap straight to the point until sesetengah rakan yang mendengarnya rasa kecik hati. Not only that, sometimes I received &#8216;love letter&#8217; yg bertulis &#8216;Semoga dapat cancer mulut&#8217; etc. haha.. Bukanlah intention Feeza untuk buatkan mereka rasa kecik hati atau panas telinga. You know, sometimes &#8216;truth&#8217; can be a bitter one. Kebenaran itu amat pahit. Jika yang mendengarnya tak dapat terima apa yang Feeza cakap, that&#8217;s their issue. Not mine. It&#8217;s simply like that.</p>
<p>After encountered lots of experiences(takde la banyak mana pun), sometimes Feeza rasa berdiam diri lebih baik dari berkata2. Or just respond &#8216;I see&#8217; seperti Japanese. <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' />  Logically, bila tak bercakap, Feeza dapat save energy and time. Sometimes, yang mendengarnya pula tak faham apa yang kita maksudkan kerana masing2 membuat penilaian, judging atau bercakap based on their karma(mental impressions). Ini bukanlah a step back or hypocrite. But we have certain beliefs in our minds. Stick on that beliefs and we will be all right..</p>
<p>Maybe anda pernah berjumpa dengan sesetengah orang yang suka &#8216;bermuka2&#8242; atau hipokrit. Let them be.. Accepting them as their &#8216;unique character&#8217;. Tak perlu rasa geram atau sakit hati. Mereka ada reason tersendiri utk bersikap sedemikian. When we think someone is &#8216;honest or hypocrite&#8217;, sebenarnya kita telah melabel mereka secara tak sedar. Judging is &#8216;not a smart action&#8217;.</p>
<p>Jujur kepada diri sendiri amat penting. What is &#8216;honesty&#8217;? I define it as meluahkan apa yang kita fikirkan dan rasa. Yeah, very simple. If you love someone, tell her/him directly. Bila kita jujur kepada diri sendiri, kita juga akan bertemu orang yang jujur. Bila kita bertemu mereka yang bersikap hipokrit, itu bermakna kita juga adalah seorang yang hipokrit. Other people are a reflection of ourselves. Like attracts like. It&#8217;s a Law of Attraction.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Perut tanpa lemak yang menggeleber memang menjadi idaman kaum wanita. Lebih2 lagi bagi kaum ibu yang baru melahirkan anak, isu perut buncit merupakan isu besar. Tapi tahukah anda, anda boleh kempiskan perut tanpa bersenam.</p>
<p>Yer, betul. Ini berdasarkan pengalaman Feeza sendiri sebab Feeza tak suka bersenam. For me, rasa berpeluh dan melekit2 selepas bersenam itu bukanlah sensation yang best. Not only that, penat pula. Bila dah penat, rasa nak makan more dan tido. Not a wise thing to do. <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>So, Feeza fikirkan satu cara yang paling mudah untuk diri sendiri. Secara umumnya kita tahu yang melakukan &#8216;sit-ups&#8217; adalah cara terbaik untuk kempiskan perut. Tapi berapa ramai dari kita yang rajin buat sit-ups? Feeza memang surrender awal2.</p>

<p>Dari pengalaman buat sit ups sebelum ini, Feeza noticed perut dan abdomen kita berasa tegang dan agak &#8216;sore&#8217; selepas buat sit ups. So, Feeza fikirkan cara yang &#8216;similar&#8217; dengan sit ups tapi lebih mudah dilakukan, dan boleh dilakukan di mana2 saja.</p>
<p>Ini cara2nya:</p>
<p>1. Kempiskan perut anda seberapa kempis yang boleh.</p>
<p>2. Tahan selama 10 saat(atau lebih).</p>
<p>3. Lepaskan.</p>
<p>4. Ulangi langkah2 di atas sebanyak 8 kali dan lebih.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>In fact, sewaktu anda baca post ini, anda boleh kempiskan perut dan tahan 10 saat. Bila diulangi lebih dari 8 kali, anda boleh rasakan &#8216;effect&#8217; seperti buat sit ups. <p>Jika anda sukakan &#8216;extra&#8217;, anda juga boleh melakukan senaman kemut(kegel) untuk mengetatkan faraj/vagina pada masa yang sama..</p>
<p>Cara2nya:</p>
<p>1. Tarik nafas, kempiskan perut seberapa kempis yang boleh, kemut seberapa kemut yang boleh pada masa yang sama.</p>
<p>2. Tahan nafas, tahan kempis perut, tahan kemutan selama 8-10 saat.</p>
<p>3. Lepaskan nafas, kempisan perut dan kemutan perlahan2..</p>
<p>4. Ulangi sebanyak 8 kali atau lebih.</p>

<p>See.. It is 2 in 1. Teknik ini boleh dilakukan di mana2 saja. Anda boleh buat sewaktu surfing Facebook, sewaktu membuat kerja di computer, sewaktu menonton tv dan sebagainya. Sewaktu memasak pun boleh buat tau. Buat di pejabat pun boleh asalkan member sebelah tak perasan. hehe..  <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Berapa lama nak dapatkan result yang diinginkan? Ianya terpulang kepada individu. Jika anda rajin buat teknik di atas setiap hari, pastinya result boleh nampak dalam beberapa minggu. In fact, you tend to kempiskan perut all the time bila dah selalu buat this teknik.</p>

<p>This menu maybe is &#8216;not very weird&#8217; but I am wondering if you can finish 10 layers of beef+cheese burger alone. My stomach is full when eating &#8216;normal size&#8217; burger. So, I cannot imagine to finish 5 layers or 10 layers Tower Burger at once. I might take hours to finish it alone. <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p><em>Note: Lotteria has delicious Ebi(shrimp) Burger and I used to eat it when I was in Japan. You should give a try when you visit Japan or Korea.</em></p>

<p>If you think SPAM is belong to spam email only, you are wrong. Burger King comes with SPAM burger menu recently to fulfill women&#8217; needs. I would say this is a &#8216;smart approach&#8217; because some women feel &#8216;guilty&#8217; to eat high calories foods like burger. When women eat this Mini Spam Burger, they can &#8216;forgive&#8217; themselves easily. hehe.. I don&#8217;t know how &#8216;mini&#8217; this Spam Burger is, but it is a &#8216;good thing&#8217; when we can enjoy burger without feeling &#8216;guilty&#8217;,..</p>

<p><strong>3. Kimchi Shake from Lotteria</strong></p>

<p>I am not sure if I want to try this shake or not.  To me, kimchi has &#8216;strong flavor&#8217; from chilli powder and vinegar. Some kimchi is salty too. Imagine a spicy, salty in sweet drinks. Hmm I hope my stomach don&#8217;t get upset ifff I take this Kimchi Shake. hehe.. I heard more than 100 people lined up at one of Lotteria branches to try this shake. Sure this is a &#8216;good marketing idea&#8217; from Lotteria.</p>

<p><strong>4. Nan-Tacos &amp; Nan-Hotdog from Mos Burger</strong></p>

<p>I don&#8217;t know whether Indian restaurants in Malaysia sell nan bread. I used to eat nan bread when I was in Japan. Most of Indian restaurants in Japan have nan bread in their menus and eating with their spicy curry. Very delicious, indeed. Nan-Tacos seems yummy to me and I would give a try. Dark curry with hotdog on top of nan bread seems &#8216;ok&#8217; and it is &#8216;not that weird&#8217; menu. Not only that, the price is &#8216;affordable&#8217; and I am sure this menu is worth to try. <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p><em>Note: we can buy instant nan bread at supermarket in Japan, just like instant roti canai in Malaysia. it is delicious when eating in hot.</em></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A friend of mine bercerita bahawa anak2nya kuat sangat menonton cartoon sehinggakan dia sendiri tak dapat nak menonton rancangan kegemarannya. Anak2nya bukan saja menonton cartoon di tv, malahan juga menonton di computer, laptop dan ipad. Bila dia membuka ipad, anak2nya sibuk juga menempel sekali dan nak tengok cartoon. Pendek kata, apa juga gadget yang boleh menonton cartoon, mereka akan menontonnya di situ.</p>
<p>Yes, Feeza amat faham yang kanak2 amat suka menonton cartoon. Waktu Feeza kecil dulu, cartoon Smurfs, Pink Panther, Thundercats dan Transformers merupakan antara animasi yang digemari. <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Cuma waktu dahulu, kita takde Astro yang menyiarkan cartoon 24 jam sehari. Oleh itu, kanak2 dahulu menonton cartoon pada waktu tertentu saja especially pada waktu petang dan hujung minggu.</p>
<p>Kemudian zaman berubah dan kanak2 ada &#8216;lebih peluang&#8217; untuk menonton cartoons. Sesetengah keluarga melanggan Astro. Tak kurang juga yang membeli VCD cartoon dan menontonnya melalui DVD player atau computer. I still remember that my little cousins leka mengadap cartoon. Jika kita minta untuk ubah siaran, dia start throw a tantrum.</p>
<p>Mengapa kanak2 sangat suka menonton cartoon? First of all, kita perlu faham that &#8216;kids do what kids do&#8217;. It means, menonton cartoon merupakan fitrah/natural things for kids. Just like monkeys love banana. It&#8217;s unquestionable.</p>
<p>Next question: patutkah kita membiarkan anak2 menonton cartoon tanpa had? The most obvious answer is of course we should not do that. Sebagai ibu bapa, anda boleh membenarkan mereka menonton cartoon tapi perlu mendidik anak2 bahawa ada had tertentu untuk menonton cartoon dan tv.</p>
<p>Jika kanak2 menonton cartoon 24 jam sehari, ini menunjukkan parents tak tahu untuk mengawal anak2. I could say that the parents are lack of parenting knowledge. This is not all &#8216;bad&#8217; because most parents never had parenting knowledge at the first place. They don&#8217;t learn parenting knowledge like learning mathematics at school. <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' />  Parents learn from experiences. Tapi dalam zaman sekarang, parents boleh melakukan inisiatif sendiri dengan membaca articles dari internet(berkaitan parenting), berbincang dalam forum dan sebagainya..</p>
<p>Ibu bapa patut menetapkan jadual dalam kehidupan anak2. Contohnya anak2 hanya boleh menonton cartoon 2 jam sehari, ajak pergi bermain di taman 1 jam sehari, ajar membaca 1 jam sehari dan sebagainya.You can decide anything at any time and adjust it with your time as long as it benefits your kids.</p>
<p>Jika kanak2 mengadap tv 24 jam, sebenarnya mereka tak tau what to do. They are bored. They only know that watching cartoon is &#8216;the only way&#8217; to spend their time. So jika anda ubah perspektif ini, anda mengajar new knowledge to their minds.</p>
<p>Sungguhpun begitu, ada juga sesetengah ibu bapa yang &#8216;mengajar&#8217; anak2 mereka agar menonton cartoon all the time. Ini berlaku bila ibu bapa sibuk mengemas rumah, basuh baju, memasak dan sebagainya.  Untuk mengalih perhatian anak2, mereka turn on tv dan buka cartoon agar anak2 tak bising dan mengacau mereka.</p>
<p>This method mungkin berkesan but &#8216;not a wise&#8217; thing to do. Jika this method diamalkan dalam jangka masa yang lama, anak2 akan sukar untuk berenggang dari tv. Jika ibubapa complain yang anak2nya menonton cartoon pagi petang siang malam, ibubapa lah yang patut dipersalahkan kerana mereka sendiri mengajar anak2 agar menonton cartoon tanpa had.</p>
<p>As parents, do a wise thing when you raise your kids. Accept kesalahan diri jika ada yang &#8216;tak kena&#8217; dalam diri anak2. Kita semua belajar dari pengalaman kerana pengalaman adalah &#8216;guru&#8217; yang paling berharga. <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

Ianya menarik kerana ramai yang beranggapan bahawa &#8216;tak elok&#8217; membuka aib orang lain kerana akan diberi balasan di &#8216;akhirat&#8217; nanti. <p>Indeed. It&#8217;s very true that we should not &#8216;bad-talk&#8217; about other people. We also know that what goes around comes around. Dalam apa jua tindakan yang kita buat samada &#8216;baik atau buruk&#8217;, sudah pasti ada kesannya. Ini juga dipanggil hukum karma. You gotta face it whether you like it or not. That&#8217;s a guarantee.</p>
<p>Jadi, apakah peranan kita dalam society? Perlukah kita menghentam orang yang membuka &#8216;aib&#8217; orang lain? Perlukah kita &#8216;backing&#8217; mangsa aib tersebut? Jika anda orang yang smart dan bijak, anda tak perlu join menghentam orang lain. Anda juga tak perlu nak backing mangsa aib tersebut. Let&#8217;s take this as a valuable lesson for ourselves.</p>
<p>Pengajaran yang boleh didapati ialah berhati2 dalam melakukan apa jua tindakan. Jika anda fikir orang lain membuka aib anda, anda silap.  Takde sapa yang dapat membuka aib orang lain melainkan diri sendiri. Tapi ramai yang tak sedar hal ini. Dah jadi lumrah manusia yang ego, tak dapat menerima kesilapan sendiri. Why do I say this?</p>
<p>Here is an analogy. You pooped at a toilet and you didn&#8217;t flush it. Then other people came to use the same toilet and he saw your sh*t . Your sh*t smelled extremely &#8216;bad&#8217; and he shared bout your extremely bad sh*t with his friends.</p>
<p>My question. Sapa yang patut dipersalahkan dalam situasi di atas? Anda yang membuang najis tersebut atau individu yang ternampak najis dan menghidu najis anda? Jika anda rajin flush toilet selepas membuang, semestinya isu najis busuk anda takkan menjadi &#8216;isu hangat&#8217;. Anda juga takkan menjadi &#8216;bahan ketawa&#8217; orang lain. It&#8217;s that simple.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s cause and effect. Bila kita berhadapan dengan effect yang kita tak suka, kita perlu menelannya walaupun pahit seperti hempedu. Tak perlu nak salahkan orang lain. We are all grown up people and let&#8217;s take responsibility on what we did. Bila anda take responsibility, it means anda mendapat pengajaran daripadanya. Sometimes a lesson costs maruah diri.</p>
<p>Ada juga yang bertanya bagaimana pula jika seseorang dah insaf dan aibnya masih diperkatakan oleh orang lain? Again, that&#8217;s karma. Nak tak nak, kita kena terima dengan hati terbuka.  Tak perlu concerned pasal orang lain. Setiap orang perlu deal dengan life path masing2. Tiada sesiapa yang lebih baik dari orang lain.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s concern ourselves and be aware on every actions. Are you prepared to face unforeseen situation? How strong you are when you face it? We were born to learn. Learning is a never ending process. Let&#8217;s nail that into our thick skulls.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tahukah anda bahawa diet, pengaruh persekitaran dan amount yang anda makan boleh mempengaruhi berat badan? Jika anda risau dengan berat badan anda sekarang dan hendak menguruskan badan, anda perlu observe your diet dari sekarang.</p>
<p>Let me share my eating schedule before this. This was weekday routine when I worked in Japan.</p>
<ul>
<li> Breakfast(7-8am): roti atau &#8216;onigiri&#8217;(nasi kepal Jepun) with chocolate drink.</li>
<li>Small break(10am for 10 minutes): just chit chat with colleagues sambil minum dark coffee secawan.</li>
<li>Lunch hour(12-1pm): makan washoku(one set of nasi dan lauk style Jepun) atau udon set(Japanese noodles). Of course green tea as a drink. Semestinya Japanese meal diet sangat healthy jika dibandingkan dengan Malaysian foods.</li>
<li>Small break(3pm for 10 minutes): just chit chat with colleagues sambil minum dark coffee secawan.</li>
<li>Dinner(7-8pm): takde proper dinner. Just eating cakes, onigiri(nasi kepal Jepun), bread, kuih pau Jepun or instant noodles(ikut mood). If extra rajin, buat fried noodles.</li>

<p>I had only weekend to cook &#8216;proper meals&#8217; tapi memang tak rajin masak untuk seorang. Jika ada yang &#8216;tolong makan&#8217;, that&#8217;s different story. <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  During this period, my weight was around 49-50kg.</p>
<p>Kemudian, Feeza bekerja di Malaysia. Weekday routine lebih kurang sama tapi perhatikan eating pattern di bawah:</p>
<ul>
<li> Breakfast(7-8am): kuih atau roti.</li>
<li>Small break(10am for 15 minutes): makan mee bandung, atau rojak atau mee soup dan sebagainya dengan teh tarik.</li>
<li>Lunch hour(12-1pm): makan nasi campur dengan 2-3 jenis lauk dan air kosong.</li>
<li>Small break(3pm for 15 minutes): makan kuih muih bersama kopi.</li>
<li>Dinner(7-8pm): makan mee atau masak sendiri(nasi dan lauk).</li>
</ul>
<p>During weekend, Feeza ada extra time dan rajin memasak heavy meals. Al maklumlah, &#8216;lepas geram&#8217; setelah berada di Jepun pada jangka masa yang &#8216;agak lama&#8217;.</p>
<p>Jika anda perhatikan eating schedule di atas, Feeza makan 3 kali sehari bila berada di Jepun tapi bila balik ke Malaysia, Feeza makan 5 kali sehari! Dalam 3-4 bulan saja Feeza gained weight sampai rakan sekerja tegur bontot dan paha nampak lebih besar berbanding awal2 masuk kerja. haha.. My weight was 52-53kg! That was &#8216;embarassing moment&#8217;. Uniform kerja pun jadi sendat sedikit. :p</p>
<p>Environment memang memainkan peranan penting. Lebih2 lagi jika rakan sekerja anda jenis &#8216;kaki makan&#8217;. Kadang2, bila kita takmo makan, diajak dan dipujuk untuk &#8216;temankan&#8217; dia makan. The thing is how strong you are to resist delicious foods in front of you? If you are a &#8216;weak person&#8217;, anda akan terpedaya dan makan sekali bersama2 rakan anda. Wooppss&#8230; Don&#8217;t blame your friends because you are the one who decides to eat, not her/him.</p>
<p>Kemudian, sewaktu berada di U.S, diet Feeza berlainan pula.</p>
<ul>
<li>Breakfast(10-11am): Toasted bread with chocolate syrup or bagel with cappucino or latte.</li>
<li>Makan petang(4-5pm): Rice with lauk chicken.</li>
<li>Dinner(10-11pm): Rice with lauk chicken.</li>
</ul>
<p>I know that my eating schedule was sort of &#8216;weird&#8217; or abnormal when I was in the U.S. hehe.. But I lost weight dan dapat turun menjadi 49-50kg. <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Selepas bekerja sendiri dan running <a title="our online boutique" href="http://primochic.com" target="_blank">primochic.com</a>, Feeza merasakan Feeza mempunyai diet seharian yang lebih sihat. My daily routine now:</p>
<ul>
<li>Brunch(11am-1pm): Fried rice or fried noodles with a mug of white coffee.</li>
<li>Minum petang(4-5pm): very seldom but if I eat, will eat kuih only.</li>
<li>Dinner(8-9pm): Satu senduk nasi with lauk chicken/fish and vegetables.</li>
</ul>
<p>Bila makan heavy meals, Feeza pastikan makan small portion. As a result, Feeza dapat maintain berat badan antara 47-48kg(with 154cm height). Walaupun Feeza tengok orang lain makan, diri sendiri tak terasa nak makan sangat. I can resist those delicious foods when food is not the center of my attention. To be honest, this self discipline is not easy to achieve because I truly love snacks, chocolates, biscuits and desserts. In fact, I still enjoy eating snacks, chocolates, biscuits and desserts until now. I still dine at restaurant once in a while and eating whatever I want.</p>
<p>Apa yang Feeza achieve sekarang adalah result dari more than of 8 months practice after discovering this unique diet practice. Feeza akan bercerita lebih lanjut how to deal with weight issue in next entry. It&#8217;s not about eating in small portion only but more than that. Weight issue is &#8216;not that simple&#8217; because it has relation with our minds. We need to aim ideal weight but the most important thing is we need a healthy body at any age.</p>
